Criteria - When We Break.
Because I have a new job and absolutely no sense when it comes to spending money on things i definitely don't need and probably don't even want.
Which may be why i'm going to spend about £140 on a clock.

Anyone heard that Jenny Lewis record? I've read about five tip-top reviews in the last hour.
Is it really so good?
18 months ago I'd have bought it by now, but since I stopped being single and started uni (pretty much simultaneously) I buy markedly fewer records. Shame.

Fall Out Boy - From Under The Cork Tree, because it was on the cheap in HMV and it's almost worth it for the song titles alone. I'm fairly addicted...

I've heard a few mixed things about it. Some say the lyrics are very poor but others just love the album. I suppose any album with Conor Oberst, M. Ward and Ben Gibbard can't be that bad.
Could always listen to it here:

New Belle & Seb. Don't really know what to make of it yet. It's not as polished or as brash as Dear Catastrophe Waitress, but it's hardly Tigermilk either. Some of it I've quite liked so far, some of it has genuinely annoyed me already.
Got to give it chance yet though.
To be fair, they've never made a great album proper and last year's Barman collection of EPs was so fucking flawless it was bound to set up unattainable expectations. Maybe they will make a proper album as good as that, but, as little as I'm aquainted with it so far, I can pretty much say this isn't it. But there's fun to be had I'm sure.
