bad santa made me me want to kill myself

it's a crap christmas comedy without the redemption of being seasonally quirky or funny. it's just so fucking depressing.

Bad Santa was bloody hilarious, very offensive but too damn funny.

OLDBOY for me on wedned-day. £11 seems like a lot of money fo such a thing but i will drink the 'complimentary' coffe as if my very egg-sistance upended [depended] on it.

Bloomin' 'ell, where you payin those sorts of prices?!?

ive discovered that requiem for a dream is actually far more depressing than bad santa.

it is the irredeemable strangulation of hope. the last twenty minutes are horrendous.

it's a beautifully-shot movie, but i don't understand anyone actually getting entertainment from it. it is utterly hopeless.

it's not a bad film by any means, it's actually a very good film. it's just the only film ive ever seen to physically repel me.

i only go to the PITCHERS about once every 10 years so i guess its ok. the £11 gets you free food and drink so as long as you consume enough - and i will - it is cheaper than paying a fiver in and then extra for "extras".

no, there are no SEX-FAVOURS included in the £11.
not that were offered to me anyway.

and i never got to see OLD BOYO. maybe i just love octopii too much.

I coulda told you that - actually, one poor sod borrowed it after I told him that, and decided to sit down with his missus on Sunday afternoon and stick it on.

Also one of my favourite films, as my Newgrounds profile kindly points out.

I saw Thunderbirds (the new one) on Friday night. I don't know how good it is, cos I fell asleep about halfway through and got drawn on in board marker. Apparently it was shit though...

the 17 yr YMA from work who fancies me said she drew on some drunk guys face who was asleep in "jilly's" [dive manc rock club in case any SOFT SOUTHERN SHITES are in the dark] - then went to an illegal warehouse party[?] in old trafford and took crack. it's a minter.

tomwaitsfornoman- 11-23-2004
Speaking of crack, i just watched Stir Crazy.

Ah Richard Pryor, you comedy moustachioed genius you.

LasagneOfDoom- 11-23-2004
Richard Pryor?
That reminds me, I watched 'Lost Highway', excellent Lynchian madness, with appearances from RP (in a wheelchair), Henry Rollins and Marilyn Manson. Robert Blake is possibly the freakiest person imaginable in this film.

i read my friends' saturday GUARDIAN supple-ment and they were harping on about how SAMANTHA MORTON is the finest actress since hot buttered buttcakes. is this really true? i recall being fascinated by her in MORVEN CAL' a tiny tint, but - ? help me.

charliepanayi- 11-24-2004
She's received an Oscar nomination (or is it two?), and has featured in the likes of Minority Report, which as UK actors go is fairly impressive - the UK press always like to go nuts over anyone who has any success in Hollywood.
